GOLD PACKAGE:

The Gold package will include:

• Key holding Service - kept safely within our establishment.
• Visiting the property to ensure that it is secure whilst empty
• Flushing the toilets- opening taps -airing - inspection in and out of property and reporting back to the landlord any issues that may need addressing.
• If tenants are in your property we will check that the property is being well maintained on a monthly basis and we will speak with the tenants to ensure that they are happy and have no issues that could cause a problem.
• We will monitor that all utilities are being met, if they have not been transferred to the tenants name.
• We will Monitor that your rent is being met and inform you of any complications.
• Pool Cleaning
• Garden Maintenance
• Ensure all utility bills are paid on a monthly basis

PLATINUM PACKAGE:

This package is for holiday lets:

• We will meet and greet your client for a welcome meeting the day after they arrive.
• We will offer the guests assistance and guidance about North Cyprus and will explain everything that they need to know about your property. This will ensure that they have a very pleasant stay and a great holiday.
• Pool Cleaning 2 times per week in the summer season and once a week in the winter months.
• Garden Maintenance
• Clean on change overs and on arrivals
• Laundry of bedding and ironing
• Welcome Pack on arrival
• Help co-ordinate car hire or taxi straight to the property.
• 24 hour help line for any issues that could arise during your guests stay.
• Ensure all utility bills are paid on a monthly basis

Please note that prices are charged in accordance to your property type and general requirements. Quotes can only be given once we have visited your property and assessed it fully.
