To rent long term you will be responsible for the utilities, such as the electricity, water rates, yearly rubbish collection. You will need to pay 1 month rent in advance, plus an additional equivalent of another month as a deposit. This deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy, provided you have met all the terms of the contract and the property is given back in decent condition with no damages.
