The Bi-Communal Health Committee (made up of representative from North Cyprus and South Cyprus) are meeting to put flesh on the bones of the agreement reached last month between the two Presidents to look into the gradual reopening of the border crossings between North and South.
With effect from next Monday non-TRNC citizens who have residency will be permitted to enter North Cyprus under the condition that they self isolate for 14 days after arrival
