As we come into Summer and with the development less busy than usual because of the lockdown a wide-ranging schedule of work has been drawn up. Some of this work has already been completed whilst much of it will be carried out over the coming weeks. Although not included in the AMF Budget no charge is being made to owners for these works.

Work continues on keeping the communal areas in good condition

Within the next few weeks the wooden structures which surround the water tanks will be repaired and painted

The areas around the pools are to be repainted

Following problems with the children's pool this is to be repaired

The outside gym is to be repainted
