As we come into Summer and with the development less busy than usual because of the lockdown a wide-ranging schedule of work has been drawn up. Some of this work has already been completed whilst much of it will be carried out over the coming weeks. Although not included in the AMF Budget no charge is being made to owners for these works.

The electricity boxes and drain covers to be painted

The pergolas around the pool and the outside gym equipment to be painted

Weedkiller to be applied to all gravelled areas

The aqua pool has been emptied and floor and wall tiles have been fixed and regrouted

The water channels and balancing tank of the Aqua pool have been cleaned and treated to ensure they are waterproof

The acqua slide pump has been replaced

As required new bulbs have been fitted in all outside lighting

The main pool has been emptied and the tiles fixed or replaced and all tiles regrouted. The same with the children's pool

As required new pool lights have been fitted

All benches around the pool and in the picnic area have been repainted

This work is in addition to the normal activities of maintaining the development, the gardens and communal areas.
