As we come into Summer and with the development less busy than usual because of the lockdown a wide-ranging schedule of work has been drawn up. Some of this work has already been completed whilst much of it will be carried out over the coming weeks. Although not included in the AMF Budget no charge is being made to owners for these works.

The Rapsodi C3 pool has been emptied and the tiles on the walls and bottom of the pool are being fixed and regrouted

The water channels and balancing tank of the Rapsodi C3 pool have been cleaned and treated to ensure they are water proof

The Olympic pool and children's pool have been emptied and work is being done to fix the tiles on the walls and floor of the pool and for all tiles to be regrouted

The tiles surrounding the Olympic pool are being regrouted

Where necessary new bulbs are being provided for the garden lighting and the lights are being painted

The drain covers are being painted

The electricity boxes are being painted

New pool lights are on order for the Olympic and Opera pools

The pool pump on the Melody B6 pool has burnt out and a new pump is on order

The pergolas at the Olympic and Simfoni pools have been painted

There have been a number of burst pipes which have been fixed

This work is in addition to the normal activities of maintaining the development, the gardens and communal areas.
