As we come into Summer and with the development less busy than usual because of the lockdown a wide-ranging schedule of work has been drawn up. Some of this work has already been completed whilst much of it will be carried out over the coming weeks. Although not included in the AMF Budget no charge is being made to owners for these works.

New LED pool lights have been bought and these will be fitted into the pools.

The plaster in the water channels and balancing tank has been refreshed and cleaned

The tiles around the pools are being regrouted

The garden lights and gates are being repainted

The pergolas are being repainted

The corridors of the Hera blocks are being painted

Missing light bulbs in the blocks are being replaced
